SHIPPING

We currently offer UK standard shipping only via Royal Mail Tracked 48® for £3.95. International shipping will be available soon!

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

RETURNS

If for any reason you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return policy from the day of receipt. Refunds, replacements and exchanges can only be issued if:

• The products are unopened, unused and in its original packaging
• The products were purchased directly from www.alchemyofficial.com
• The products are returned within a 14-day period from receipt

Customers must cover the shipping costs when returning an order and are responsible for ensuring the items are delivered safely. For returns valued over £50, it's advisable to use a trackable shipping service or consider purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels.

To process your return, please contact us here with the subject line ‘returns’ and include your name, order number and the reason(s) for return.

REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days.
