We're Lucy and Talia, the founders of ALCHEMY. Two wellness consumers who decided it was time for something different.
Why we started
We never really fit the wellness mould.
We've been the wellness consumers. The ones constantly trying to optimise everything. What we ate, how we moved, how we slept, how we spent our time.
Somewhere along the way, looking after ourselves became less about feeling good and more about doing everything right.
The more we tried to optimise our lives, the less we felt like we were actually living them.
We loved wellness. We just didn't love what it was asking us to give up.
So we created ALCHEMY. A brand that makes room for both.
